Stamp images on alcohol marker friendly card stock and colour in copic markers that match your stencil area or paper you have used. 4. Finish up by adding some buttermilk nuvo drops . When adding embellishments or drops I work with the odd number rule. People say the magic number is 3 however if ...

Livin' that pumpkin spice life!

Hey Crafty Friends, As you know we lost our Queen recently, it's been incredibly sad and we sure sent her off in style. The queen was well known for her love of animals especially her love of Corgi dogs. I just had to pull out the  Oh Crumbs stamp set from Heffy Doodle. As you may know I love to mix and match my sets and as we're heading into Autumn I decided to make an autumnal themed card instead of the traditional 'tea party'. I'm pairing the Corgis with the brand new  Perfect Blend stamp set also by Heffy Doodle. Card Recipe: 1. Stamp images on  alcohol marker friendly card stock and colour in copic markers. Colour Combo: Corgi dogs - YR27, YR24, YR21 Pumpkins - E07, YR18, YR04. Teal - BG09, BG07, BG05 Coffee cups - E25, E33, E21. W7, W5, W3, W2, W1, W0. C3, C1 for shading on the lid Small coffee cups - same Teal as above for pumpkins Red hearts R27 Sugar bowl and milk jug C5, C3, C1 2. Kraftin Kimmie Stamps - Instagram Hop, September release giveaway

Image
Hey Crafty Friends, We're celebrating the latest release at  Kraftin Kimmie Stamps with an  Instagram Hop. I've used the brand new  Autumn Pumpkins stamp set to create this Pumpkin shaker coffee cup. If your a Pumkin spiced latte lover then this would be perfect or give it as a gift! I'm using the Heffy Doodle brand new  Coffee Cup Shaker dies. You can create many things with this set, I've taken some plain white card stock and stamped the single Pumpkin from  Autumn Pumpkins stamp set. I've stamped them randomly so it's not symmetrical and don't be afraid to stamp off the page so your only partially get the image! I've coloured my pumpkins in Copic markers YR18, YR16, YR14 Turn your  coffee cup into a  shaker by die cutting another base and use the window die to cut the front out. Use  acetate to cover the panel, lay down some  Pumpkin Spice sparkle mix and use  foam tape to attach your front panel to your coloured Pumpkin bac...

Scrappy Boy Stamps - Digital Stamps

Image
Hey Crafty Friends, Today I'm sharing something that is brand new to Scrappy Boy Stamps. Did you know we now offer a small selection of digital images ? These images co ordinate perfectly with the  Cute Girls stamp range. I love digi images as you can resize them, flip them and almost do anything to make it fit your needs. Today I'm sharing a clean and simple design using the Cute Girls  Cooking image. I decided to try my hand at some no line colouring. This is where the outline of the image is fainter than the black so you can have a slightly more realistic look. If you want to try this you can insert the image into a programme such as word and use the transparency option to reduce the outline colour. Scrappy Boy  digi stamps are perfect to try your hand at this technique. The outline is slightly thicker than some images so you have a better guide for your outline. I've used the Cute Girls cooking range co ordinating  Paper Pack  die cut from the  Stitc...
