Kraftin Kimmie Stamps - Instagram Hop, September release giveaway

Hey Crafty Friends,

We're celebrating the latest release at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps with an Instagram Hop.

I've used the brand new Autumn Pumpkins stamp set to create this Pumpkin shaker coffee cup. If your a Pumkin spiced latte lover then this would be perfect or give it as a gift!


I'm using the Heffy Doodle brand new Coffee Cup Shaker dies. You can create many things with this set, I've taken some plain white card stock and stamped the single Pumpkin from Autumn Pumpkins stamp set. I've stamped them randomly so it's not symmetrical and don't be afraid to stamp off the page so your only partially get the image!

I've coloured my pumpkins in Copic markers YR18, YR16, YR14

Turn your coffee cup into a shaker by die cutting another base and use the window die to cut the front out. Use acetate to cover the panel, lay down some Pumpkin Spice sparkle mix and use foam tape to attach your front panel to your coloured Pumpkin background.

Take a curved banner die and cut from pumpkin patch card stock to stamp your sentiment onto.

April Challenge - MyBesties

Hey Crafty Friends, It's a new month so that means the start of a new challenge over on the Colour it, Create it, Show it off challenge blog, as always our challenge is anything goes, that's any image, any project. Why not grab you favourite set and join us  here. If you would like to treat yourself to a new image you can find all the MyBesties images  here. This will be a shorter post again today, it's a very simple card. I coloured the image in Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and fussy cut around her. Taking a card blank and used Kitsch flamingo distress ink to bring down some colour to about a quarter down the panel and fade out into the white to give a very soft look and feel. Using some trees branches, flowers and leaves from a couple sets in my stash and a birthday sentiment to top this off and bring it all together.  I cant wait to see what you come up with for the challenge! Swan Galaxy - Interactive card!

Hey Crafty Friends, Welcome back, I'm sharing my usual design team post for Crafty Purple Frog a few days early because I am so impatient and love this card so much that I wanted to share with you all at the earliest opportunity!  Today's card is very fitting, I usually make a card with someone in mind or themed around something I've seen. My idea for this came as soon as I saw the set 'Spread your wings' This beautiful swan has big regal wings that meant it deserved the opportunity to fly! To start up I took a scalloped slimline frame die and inked up a galaxy type background, now the thing to remember with creating a galaxy background is it might look like a hot mess to start with! A galaxy background can use any colours you feel are fitting, I'm using Wilted Violet, Mermaid Lagoon and Candied Apple.
